Mobile service made easy.
Chemist Warehouse, one of Australia's most successful franchises and a household name, have made a strategic
move to expand into providing prepaid mobile services.
Leveraging their existing network of stores and vertically integrated marketing channels, Chemist Warehouse
launched the new EZEE Mobile service in late 2024. Starting with prepaid mobile plans, EZEE Mobile have a multi-year strategy taking in data plans, NBN and integration into the Chemist Warehouse loyalty program.
We Make Apps has partnered with EZEE Mobile since their inception, providing strategy, analysis, design and
implementation of a complete mobile and web solution.

eSIM pioneers.
EZEE Mobile is the first provider on the Telstra Wholesale network to offer eSIM capabilities on all plans.
Recognising that eSIMs are poised to become the standard for mobile service in the coming years, EZEE Mobile
have worked to ensure eSIM features are at the very core of their service.
The use of eSIMs is built into the activation flow, with the native EZEE Mobile app offering instant install
devices - no QR codes involved. We Make Apps have worked closely with Telstra's engineering and innovation teams
to make the transition to eSIM as smooth as possible for customers.

A complete solution.
We Make Apps have built a complete solution for EZEE Mobile, including a public facing marketing site, a
customised activation flow covering payment collection and identity verification and a comprehensive
self-service management area. All these features are offered as both a native mobile app and responsive website.
Supporting these systems is a bespoke admin console, where EZEE Mobile staff can manage plans, promos, help
information and much more with minimal effort.
Backing all these systems is a deep integration into the Telstra Wholesale system. Requiring a complex
custom-built API layer, We Make Apps managed to overcome various legacy system quirks and performance challenges
to deliver a slick, intuitive system for end users.
